The information you give us may include your name, your address, e-mail address, phone number details of your property, and meter readings from your utility providers. We do not obtain any financial or credit card information.
2.1.2 Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our site we may automatically collect the following information:
2.1.2.1 Technical information, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.
2.1.2.2 Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number.

2.1.3.3 Third parties may monitor and analyse user sentiment on social media using publicly available information, providing us with insights to enhance our products and services.
2.1.3.4 With your explicit consent, we may occasionally direct third parties to collect energy consumption data from the Data and Communications Company (DCC) for analysis of trends and usage, enabling comparisons with other customers.

If you no longer want to use Orbit Utilities, you can terminate your Orbit Utilities contract subject to our terms & conditions. We will erase your personal information and any type of data associated to your account.
